Martin Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily logistics operations in Florence, AL. The role focuses on material handling, inventory management, stocking, and providing helpful customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include order fulfillment, receiving and recording stock, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace while working with the warehouse team. Full-time hours offered, with daytime shifts and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods during warehouse operations.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds with proper technique.
• Basic computer skills to navigate inventory software.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pull materials as ordered by customers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive incoming products and record in inventory software.
• Stock materials in designated warehouse locations and on customer floors.
• Perform accurate cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain organization of the tool crib and accessibility of parts.
• Fill point-of-use cabinets to support production needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
