Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Crozet, Virginia. Compensation is $15.00 per hour with multiple shifts available including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The role involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure accurate and safe order fulfillment.

You will use RF scanners and computer systems, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow safety procedures while meeting daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse scanning systems.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking/packing, inventory, or shipping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
• Pack customer orders for shipment.
• Sort completed orders according to shipping method and carrier.
• Locate, organize, and replenish merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Receive, count, identify, and organize incoming inventory as assigned.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to locate and process inventory and orders.
