Job summary

Ryder is hiring permanent full-time Warehouse Associates in Chambersburg, PA. The role pays $19.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. You will work in a safety-focused environment with state-of-the-art equipment and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and maintain batteries.
• Powered industrial truck certification preferred.
• Ability to read and do basic mathematics in English for safety and procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Comfort with data entry into WMS systems.
• Flexible to work overtime and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure proper scanning.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain housekeeping.
• Perform picking, packing and material moves according to policies.
• Support team initiatives to improve warehouse operations.
