Job summary

Horizons HR Services is seeking a Production/Warehouse Associate for a meat processing facility in the U.S. The role offers $22 per hour on 2nd shift, paid training, and a permanent position with full medical, dental, vision, 401K and disability benefits.

You will operate meat/cutting/packaging equipment, palletize products, work around animal blood and carcass parts, in cold areas, using sanitation chemicals. lifting up to 60 lbs or with mechanical aid.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Perform a task requiring repetitive movements including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
• May require certification in order to operate various pieces of equipment required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate meat/cutting/packaging machines to process meat products.
• Paletize product and build pallets for shipping.
• Work around animal blood and carcass parts.
• Work in cold areas.
• Handle sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
• Lift 30-60 lbs or use mechanical assistance.
