Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, storage, picking, and packing of GMP products. The role requires forklift certification, use of WMS/SAPbyDesign, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Two weekend shifts are available with potential overtime. Responsibilities include inventory control, cycle counts, and ensuring accurate labeling and delivery readiness.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in warehouse or logistics, preferably pharma.
  • Forklift certified and able to obtain additional lift certification.
  • Proficiency with WMS and barcode scanning technology.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

  • Receive shipments and verify contents against orders and specs.
  • Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or expiration and report issues.
  • Store products per specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/SAPbyDesign.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for internal delivery.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely.

Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of GMP products within the warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, and packing GMP products while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. The warehouse associate will also support handling and delivery of NON-GMP materials throughout the facility. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of this job including operating a forklift, lifting 50lbs or more and being on your feet for 4-6 hours daily.

Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday). Two shifts are available: Days (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) and Nights (7:00 AM–7:30 PM). Candidates must demonstrate availability and flexibility for occasional support outside of their standard shift hours.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Receive incoming pharmaceutical shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, materials specifications and receiving in line with INCOG SOP’s.
  • Inspect products for damages, discrepancies, or expired items and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Store pharmaceutical products in designated areas according to material specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS/SAPbyDesign).
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet internal customer demands.
  • Ensure all orders are labeled correctly and prepared for internal delivery according to company standards.
  • Able to use barcode scanners and other technology to track and manage inventory.
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Assist in maintaining records for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks to ensure associate safety and keep the warehouse audit-ready.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • 2-4 years previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Must be forklift certified and able to obtain Powered Industrial Lift Certification
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and able to stand, walk or bend for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions within the warehouse
