Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate at our Waterworks location.

The role combines warehouse duties with outdoor pipe yard work, including operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts, building and transporting pallets, and handling materials in all weather conditions. Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, be 21 or older, possess a valid license and DOT medical card, and have basic data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid state license required.
• Follow DOT standards and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• General computer skills for basic data entry.
• Forklift operator experience strongly preferred.
• Able to carry objects up to 50 lbs by hand or more with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklift and sit-down forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and large piping.
• Work outdoors year-round in a pipeyard, in all weather conditions.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material accurately and timely.
• Receive and store inventory effectively.
• Adhere to all safety regulations including PPE usage and wearing safety harness (max 400 lbs).
• Provide back-up driver duties if needed.

This role will involve working in a warehouse as well as outside in the pipe yard. Most of the product you will be working with is outside and requires working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and temperatures.Starting at $22 and may be higher based on experienceThis role involves Non-CDL back-up driving duties.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and some overtime as needed.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate both a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) and sit-down forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and large pipingWork outdoors year-round in a pipeyard, performing duties in all weather conditions.Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.Effectively receive and store inventory.Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
