Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate for our Waterworks location in Pensacola, FL. You will work in a warehouse and outdoor pipe yard, handling piping and pallets. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with some overtime.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, potentially higher based on experience. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, receiving and stocking materials, and adhering to safety PPE rules.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory).
• Fast-paced environment experience.
• General computer skills for basic data entry.
• Forklift operator experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs by hand or with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to pull and prepare orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and large piping.
• Work outdoors year-round in a pipeyard, in all weather conditions.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE requirements.

Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate at our Waterworks location in Pensacola, FL. This role will involve working in a warehouse as well as outside in the pipe yard. Most of the product you will be working with is outside and requires working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and temperatures. Starting at $18 and may be higher based on experience. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and some overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate both a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) and sit-down forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and large piping.
• Work outdoors year-round in a pipeyard, performing duties in all weather conditions.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Effectively receive and store inventory.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications

• A background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• General computer skills for basic data entry.
• Forklift Operator experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to carry objects that are up to 50 lbs. by hand and 50 lbs. or more using equipment.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Pay Range

• $16.53 - $24.81 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
