Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with basic math skills.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Label, sort, and consolidate products accurately.
• Load and unload trailers and stage outbound shipments.
• Verify counts and inspect merchandise for damage.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Support inventory activities and special projects as needed.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
