Job summary

Schluter Systems L.P. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Reno, NV area to support packaging, scheduling, and order processing. The role offers a day shift from Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 2:00pm, with weekly pay and bi-annual bonuses.

You will learn product details and company procedures while contributing to accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include unloading/loading trucks, stocking, packing, labeling, and inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and perform basic math with accuracy.
• Prior warehouse/distribution experience.
• General knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
• Able to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders, and operate material handling equipment.
• Good attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks.
• Replenish stock.
• Use pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, and other equipment.
• Pick customer orders from lists and pack per packing lists.
• Label packages with contents and shipping labels.
• Load packages onto trucks and ensure secure packing.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse conditions.
• Perform inventory counts and assist security/safety tasks.
• Complete special projects as directed by management.
• Represent Schluter Systems L.P. professionally.

Job Summary:

This position requires the employee will acquire a thorough knowledge of the Company's products and the procedures and policies applicable to packaging, scheduling, order processing and related administrative tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Unloading and loading trucks
• Replenishment of stock
• Utilize material handling equipment - pallet jack, shrink wrapper, etc.
• Pick customer orders according to picking lists
• Pack customer orders according to packing lists
• Pack products securely for shipping, according to general packing guidelines
• Properly label packages with package content and shipping labels
• Loading packages onto transportation trucks
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Perform inventory counts
• Assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
• Complete special projects as directed by management
• Other duties as assigned
• Represent Schluter Systems L.P. in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner in all matters
