Richardson Sports is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our team roster. If you’ve got the hustle to pick, pack, and ship like a pro—and the focus to keep your eye on the ball—we want you in our dugout.

Qualifications

• High school graduate education or GED.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Equipment operation experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precision—think of it as batting cleanup for our customers.
• Assist with inbound deliveries—unload shipments like you’re snagging a ground ball at first base.
• Get certified to operate forklifts and pallet jacks—we’ll coach you up so you can cover all the bases.
• Communicate with coaches (aka warehouse leadership) to improve plays and keep operations smooth.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse—because a clean field keeps the team playing at its best.
• Stay flexible and ready to jump in where needed—sometimes we need a utility player who can do it all.
