Rugby Architectural Building Products in New Century, KS is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Trim Puller to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate customer orders. You will pull, stage, and prepare millwork products, maintain inventory accuracy, and help with general duties to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

The role offers $20.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, occasional overtime, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle millwork products including doors, trim, and related building materials
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Verify that materials loaded for delivery match customer orders
• Organize, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate / Trim Puller is responsible for accurately pulling, staging, and preparing millwork products, including doors, trim, and related building materials, for customer orders and delivery. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time.

• Handle millwork products including doors, trim, and related building materials
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution, material handling, order pulling, lumber, millwork, or building materials preferred
• Forklift experience and certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move building materials throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
