Rugby Architectural Building Products in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Second Shift Loader to support our warehouse operations. You will load customer orders, operate a sit-down forklift, and help ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

This full-time role offers an evening shift Sunday-Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with starting pay at $20.00 per hour (experience-based) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution is preferred.
• Experience loading flatbed trailers is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Position Summary

The Material Handler / Forklift Loader is responsible for loading customer orders, operating material handling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are accurately loaded, organized, and delivered safely to customers.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with products for customer deliveries
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Verify materials loaded match customer orders

• Ability to safely handle large, bulky, and awkward building materials
