The Role:

The Warehouse Associate follows Management’s assignments for delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner. Delivers stock to all Concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments and helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assists in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries.
• Maintains cleanliness of Warehouse and receiving areas throughout the venue.
• Restocks stands with food and beverage products in an efficient manner according to transfer dockets provided by Management.
• Inspects stands for deficiencies and reports any and all concerns to Management.
• Assists with moving any equipment as required for events throughout the venue.
• Performs general housekeeping and cleaning as needed around all Concessions and Warehouse areas.
• Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette preferred.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Licenses & Certifications

Required: RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary).

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
