The Warehouse Associate is responsible for:
- Accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and processing customer orders and transfers, including:
- Understanding basic ERP system (P21) Order Entry and Transfer Entry functions
- Using the ERP system and WWMS (Wireless Warehouse Management Solution) to accurately pick customer orders and transfers
- Packing orders and transfers properly for shipping, with appropriate paperwork and labeling
- Preparing and shipping orders using ERP and UPS systems, recording shipments properly, and following shipping instructions
- Meeting safety and security standards while performing these tasks
Receiving, putting away, and cycle counting inventory, including:- Understanding basic Purchase Order (PO) Entry functions
- Recording receipt of PO and transfer items promptly on the day of arrival
- Processing problem shipments accurately and communicating with relevant departments
- Putting stock away in appropriate warehouse locations efficiently
- Performing accurate cycle counts, aiming for 100% count twice annually

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to learn and operate a forklift
- Ability to stand, stoop, reach, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Perform repetitive manual tasks
- Basic understanding of 5S strategies and ISO standards is preferred
Experience: Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not required.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
