Job summary

Maletis Beverage in Portland, OR is seeking a Warehouse Picker to build orders for delivery using a voice-directed picking system. You will select and stack beverage products in our temperature-controlled warehouse, forming stable pallets for routes and meeting daily productivity targets.

The role is active and team-oriented, with opportunities to grow while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

A Day in the Life as a Picker

Pickers are a key part of keeping Maletis Beverage running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll be building orders for delivery by selecting and stacking products in our warehouse using a voice-directed system. Think of it like a real-life game of Tetris - strategically stacking pallets to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.

Our warehouse is temperature-controlled (never too hot or too cold), and this role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working both independently and as part of a team, and meeting daily goals.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and stack beverage products accurately using a voice-picking system
• Build stable, organized pallets for delivery routes
• Load and move product using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

• Lift/carry up to 45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Push/pull and move product using warehouse equipmentPerform repetitive bending, lifting, and stacking
