Job summary

Maletis Beverage is hiring a Merchandiser in Salem, OR to stock, rotate, and organize beer and non‑alcoholic beverages in grocery stores while delivering friendly customer service.

You'll travel to major grocery chain accounts using your own vehicle, build product displays, maintain shelves, and keep areas clean and organized. The role suits active, self-driven individuals who thrive in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a good driving record.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and learning iOS/Microsoft apps.
• Able to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise cases, bottles, and cans of beer and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Travel using your personal vehicle to service major grocery chain accounts
• Move product from backstock or delivery pallets to shelves and displays
• Build and maintain product displays to increase sales
• Stock coolers, shelves, and floor displays
• Use manual equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, cart, U‑boat)
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Accurately track time and mileage
• Communicate regularly with your Team Lead and Manager
• Provide professional, friendly customer service

Job Shift: Day Shift

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour + Quarterly Incentives + Twice a Month Mileage Reimbursement

Locations: Oregon City, Mollalla, Lake Grove, West Linn, Wilsonville, Canby, Woodburn, Salem, Independence, Silverton, Stayton

Available Schedule (based on business needs): Saturday‑Tuesday | 5am start.

A Day in the Life as a Merchandiser

Merchandisers play a key role in the success of Maletis Beverage. In this hands‑on role, you’ll represent our brand in grocery stores by stocking, rotating, and organizing alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.

Merchandisers are provided a company phone to track hours, mileage, and communicate with leaders and teammates.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Lift/carry up to 45 lbs frequently
• Push/pull up to 100 lbs (with the help of equipment)
• Stand and walk for most of the shift
• Bend, stoop, crouch, and regularly use hands and arms
