Flexpak is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for the swing shift in Aurora, CO. The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate forklifts, stage and load materials, organize inventory, and collaborate with a team to meet daily targets. OT may be required, with a Monday-Friday schedule and afternoon shifts.

Formación

• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts to pick, stage, load, and move products and materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Organize inventory in designated storage areas based on system guidelines.
• Prepare orders for shipment by pulling items from shelves and packing them securely.
• Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Conduct routine forklift inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting or report any equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and deadlines.
• Follow Flexpak’s safety and operational guidelines.

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Associate for our swing shift operations. Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to pick, stage, load, and move products and materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
