Job summary

FlexPak Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for the swing shift in Aurora, CO. You will operate forklifts to pick, move, and load packaging materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety.

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and comfort with a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included as part of full-time employment.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks; certification preferred.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to pick, stage, load, and move products safely and efficiently.
Organize inventory in designated storage areas based on system guidelines.
Prepare orders for shipment and pack securely.
Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Conduct routine forklift inspections and report issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team to meet productivity goals.
