Job summary

Cogent Analytics in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including crating, packing, inventory control, and shipment preparation. You will build wooden crates, pack and prepare orders, and operate forklifts where certified, handling up to 60 lbs with reliability and teamwork.

The role requires physical fitness, the ability to work in hot and cold conditions, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 60 pounds consistently.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and seasonal warehouse conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Strong physical fitness and stamina.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wooden crates for packing heavy products for shipment.
• Perform packing, crating, and material preparation for outbound orders.
• Load and unload inventory, materials, and finished goods (up to 60 lbs).
• Maintain accurate inventory control, counts, and documentation.
• Operate company vehicles—including forklifts—for product movement and deliveries (as certified).
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including staging, organizing, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Support any additional tasks required by warehouse leadership or business needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
