Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Schertz, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage shipments and inventory. You will work with shipping, sales, P&D, and service teams to keep workflows efficient and safe. Forklift operation and inventory tasks are core duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and delegate tasks when necessary.
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members.
• Tire or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Forklift experience a plus (training available if needed).
