Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a warehouse associate to manage inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery, and service departments. You will safely operate forklifts and support inventory counts while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and delegate tasks when necessary.
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members.
• Tire or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Forklift experience a plus (training available if needed).
