Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to mount tires and support daily warehouse operations. You will manage shipments, assist with inventory, and work closely with shipping, sales, and service teams.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, organizing stock, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring safety. Previous tire or warehouse experience is a plus but not required. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and delegate tasks when necessary.
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members.
• Tire or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Forklift experience a plus (training available if needed).
