Job summary

Brame Specialty Company is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic team in Roanoke, VA. You will help receive, organize, and ship products, ensuring accuracy and high service levels for customers.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, with a schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred and hands-on work from day one.
• Experience with warehouse processes such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Commitment to quality, safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products accurately.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory control, labeling, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
