Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Utah. Under direct supervision, you will receive inbound materials, perform equipment maintenance, load/unload vehicles, and prepare kits for distribution. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient material handling.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 3 PM–11:30 PM, OT available. Pay rate $18.46 per hour, paid weekly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, stock options, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience, preferably in plant environment.
• Forklift experience.
• Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assembles mail back and product kits according to established procedures.
• Packs orders for shipment ensuring safe and efficient use of materials.
• Unloads, inspects, and reports on inbound materials.
• Uses handheld to execute outbound order shipments.
• Stocks pick and rack locations to meet projected demand requirements.
• Supports safety and lean process improvements and records keeping.
