Job summary

Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support production and distribution in Franklin, MA. The role involves loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and moving products safely while maintaining a clean, organized facility. Industry experience is preferred, but we will train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with production incentive pay and a $750 sign-on bonus. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-70 lbs. consistently.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
• OSHA certification is preferred but not required.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trailers, containers, pallets, and racks.
• Pick, pack, sort, and stage products for outbound shipments.
• Build, wrap, and secure pallets using stretch wrap and other packaging materials.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (when certified).
• Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damages or shortages.
• Accurately move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
