Kingz Kimonos in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Shipping Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment. This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating pallet jacks, and coordinating with carriers for domestic and international shipments.

You will pick, pack, verify SKUs and quantities, manage inventory, and assist with Amazon FBA replenishments and wholesale movements. Training provided; advancement opportunities available.

Overview

Kingz Kimonos (kingz.com) is a leading Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu apparel and equipment brand known for quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. As we launch our new Texas warehouse, we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate/Shipping Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.

Location: Irving, TX Warehouse
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:$18/hour (Advancement opportunities)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, verify, and ship daily e-commerce orders while meeting established quality standards.
• Prepare customer orders using company packaging standards.
• Verify order accuracy by confirming SKUs, quantity, sizes, colors, and shipping documentation prior to shipment.
• Generate, review, and apply shipping labels using warehouse management and shipping software.
• Process domestic and international shipments through multiple carriers, ensuring compliance with carrier requirements and delivery deadlines.

Receiving & Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, unload, and accurately process incoming inventory.
• Verify purchase orders, packing slips, and received quantities for accuracy.
• Organize, label stock and replenished inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Inspect products for defects, damages, or quality concerns and report discrepancies promptly.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Help maintain organized inventory locations and support continuous warehouse optimization initiatives.

Amazon FBA & Logistics Support

• Prepare, label, palletize, and stage Amazon FBA replenishment shipments in accordance with Amazon requirements.
• Assist with outbound wholesale shipments, retail transfers, and internal inventory movements
• Support logistics for tournaments, pop-up shops, trade shows, and special company events by preparing inventory and equipment.

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse best practices.
• Perform additional warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.

Key Holder Responsibilities

• Serve is a trusted key holder responsible for opening and securing the warehouse facilities.
• Communicate any operational inventory, maintenance, or security concerns to management promptly.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and attention to detail while handling high-value inventory and customer orders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven warehouse experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Working knowledge of basic computer systems for data entry and order processing.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and warehouse hygiene regulations.
• Basic math and accurate record‑keeping abilities.
• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational habits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to occasionally work overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of BJJ or martial arts is a plus, but not required.
