Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Florence, SC. This role involves supporting our shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient warehouse functions. Come grow with us!

Key Responsibilities

• Package and prepare goods for shipment
• Prepare shipment records and create Bills of Lading
• Post shipping weights and charges
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
• Receive and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
• Use barcode scanners and electronic devices for tracking
• Operate forklifts (must be certified or willing to become certified)
• Clean and maintain warehouse area and equipment
• Cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed
• Support safety and Lean initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone, 100 pounds with assistance
• Able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours
• Basic math skills, including decimals and fractions
• Proficiency with data entry into ERP systems and Microsoft Teams/email
• Good communication skills in English
