Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Auburn, WA. You will process shipping and receiving documentation, manage inventory accuracy, handle freight, and operate warehouse equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, and basic computer literacy. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain all shipping and receiving documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, store, package, label, and ship freight according to company procedures and customer requirements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper handling, tracking, and verification of materials and products.
• Assist in the development and growth of assigned customer accounts by collaborating with sales and management teams.
• Prepare shipments, inspect incoming deliveries, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, hydraulic jacks, etc.).
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
