URBN is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Indiana, PA (501 Windy Ridge Rd, 15701). The role lasts up to 90 days to support peak business periods. A $250 weekly attendance bonus applies during peak weeks (11/22–12/5 & 12/6–12/19).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school degree or GED is preferred
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Able to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks (RF scanners, desktop computers, touchscreens)
• Maintain acceptable attendance and overtime availability

Role Responsibilities

Your duties will include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. To be successful in this role, you should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, and good communication skills, and demonstrate respect for others. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is essential.

Role Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
