URBN is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Gap, PA facility. You will receive, pick, pack and ship merchandise in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and communicating clearly.

The role requires basic safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse tech. Part-time shifts include weekend hours with growth opportunities through our Step Program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality.
• Able to operate RF scanners and warehouse tech.
• Good attendance and overtime availability.

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. To be successful in this role, you should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, and good communication skills, and demonstrate respect for others. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is essential.

Shifts Available:

• 20-Hour Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• 30-Hour Part-Time: Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Role Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack and ship merchandise
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
• Work respectfully in a team environment and independently when necessary
• Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Operate department-specific technology such as RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform all other duties as assigned by operational leadership

Role Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school degree or GED is preferred
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Able to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens
• Maintain acceptable attendanceand must be able to work overtime as required

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements

URBN offers a predictable pay increase schedule through our Step Program for designated roles— associates receive scheduled wage increases at 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years of tenure.Subject to change at company's discretion.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
