Rexel USA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Mayer Team. The role focuses on accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material while maintaining safety and productivity.

You will operate warehouse equipment, verify shipments, perform inventory counts, and support branch activities. No deliveries; opportunity to grow with a large electrical distribution network nationwide.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures, Environmental Health and Safety Rules, and address safety concerns.
• Receive material from vendors/customers and verify against packing list.
• Keep incoming orders stocked on shelves in designated areas and report freight damage.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct quantity and type of product.
• Process shipment paperwork and apply correct postage, labeling, and insurance as needed.
• Operate machinery such as forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as required.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• May perform counter sales or customer support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
