SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stock, organize, and manage inventory, fulfill orders, and support shipping/receiving at the Lake Havasu City, AZ location. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities include pulling orders, loading unload trucks, counting inventory, and maintaining a clean work area. High school diploma required; forklift certification preferred. 18+ years old; ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English; bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
• Forklift certification preferred (training after hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
