Batesville is seeking a warehouse associate to safely handle shipments, inspect units for quality, and maintain a clean, organized work area. You will load/unload caskets, operate equipment, and perform general warehouse duties with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift heavy items. We offer room for growth, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Skills (Required): Basic computer skills, ability to drive a truck within facility and learn to spot trailers.
• Dependable, honest, quick learner, good communication skills and team player.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including any days, shift, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspection of each unit to insure quality.
• Unload inbound and load outbound caskets quickly, accurately, safely, and damage free.
• Keep a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Perform various warehouse duties as requested.
• Operate various powered equipment efficiently and safely.
• Other duties may be assigned.
