Job summary

Vortex Industries is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate in Tempe, AZ to join our team. You will help with receiving, storing, loading/unloading, inventory control, and daily shop maintenance, contributing to reliable service for customers.

Everyone is expected to follow safety guidelines, operate forklifts, and maintain an orderly, clean workspace while supporting safety training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with forklifts or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and check in material.
• Move materials via forklift and manually.
• Sort and store materials on racks and bins.
• Maintain inventory levels and accuracy.
• Receive and process materials.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe; support safety programs.
• Support safety training and provide safety feedback.
• Wear appropriate safety gear.
