Job summary

Vortex Industries in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will handle receiving, storing, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory while supporting safety initiatives.

The role requires physical tasks, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment, with full-time hours during standard business days. Join a team focused on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and check in material.
• Material pickup and drop-offs.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves or bins according to standards.
• Maintain and manage inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Receive and process materials.
• Keep work environment clean and safe; organize warehouse for orderliness.
• Support safety programs and participate in safety walks and trainings.
