Rexel USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join the Mayer Team in Charlotte, NC. You will fill customer orders, receive and stock materials, and ship items while upholding safety and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, reach trucks, and cutting equipment, maintaining clean warehouses, and assisting with inventory counts. No deliveries are required, and the role supports both warehouse and customer service tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.
• General knowledge of electrical products a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers.
• Ability to handle basic issues and problems.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations to accurately complete job tasks.
• Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage and ship material per safety standards.
• Verify quantities against packing lists and report discrepancies.
• Maintain organized stock areas and report damaged freight.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct product mix for shipment.
• Process shipment paperwork and affix labels and postage per instructions.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting equipment as required.
• Assist with loading vehicles and performing inventory counts.
• Support counter sales and customer service as needed.
• Follow SOPs and EH&S rules and address safety concerns.
