Job summary

Rexel USA, Mayer Team in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Warehouse Associate to efficiently fill customer orders and manage receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The role follows established SOPs, handles equipment such as forklifts when needed, and supports branch operations. This position does not involve deliveries and offers growth within a major electrical distribution company.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive material into the building and verify quantity against packing list.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report shipping damage.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct products are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and apply correct postage and labeling.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• May assist with counter sales and customer support.
