Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Overview:

• Work in a large distribution center across multiple departments
• Handle picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Pick, pack, and scan orders using RF scanners
• Load/unload and stage products for shipment
• Verify product quantity and quality
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Perform basic inventory control and organization

Requirements:

• 0–2 years warehouse experience
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse equipment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail

Work Environment:

• Large warehouse (500,000 sq. ft.)
• Physically demanding role
• Exposure to noise, machinery, and temperature changes
• Multiple shifts available with overtime

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
