Job summary

Winebow is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload inbound containers, accurately receive and label products, and move inventory to stock locations using RF devices. You ll follow voice-pick instructions, assist in inventory counts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a union environment.

The role requires forklift certification within 6 months, ability to work extended hours and holidays, and strong communication skills to coordinate with the team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification within 6 months of hire preferred.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Ability to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.
• Must be able to work all holiday hours as the posted schedule requires.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound containers and label products during receiving.
• Operate WMS with handheld RF equipment to move product to stock locations.
• Assist in moving product to picking locations and follow RF/voice-pick instructions.
• Read and apply picking labels, and participate in physical counts.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report hazards or breakages.
