Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Lansdale, PA to perform warehouse duties in a fast-paced distribution center. You will operate material handling equipment, pick, pack, and ship orders, and maintain accurate product placement using RF scanning technology.

Starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, with a full-time schedule. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork within a large, established automotive and tire distribution network.

Qualifications

• RF scanners experience preferred.
• Safety-first mentality.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage product and load trucks.
• Maintain warehouse organization and assist in operations.
