Job summary

The Warehouse Associate role at TBC Corporation in Lansdale, PA offers starting pay $17.50-$19.50 per hour based on experience. This is a full-time opportunity within our Distribution Center, focusing on accurate and efficient order fulfillment and material handling.

Responsibilities include operating MHE, RF scanning, inventory cycles, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Experience with RF scanners preferred; must be 18+, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift

Qualifications

• RF scanners experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage product and load trucks.
• Maintain organization of warehouse stock.
• Support center to optimize operations and customer service.
• Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory as required.
• Keep work area clean and support sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by policy and OSHA.
• Adhere to all laws and perform other duties as assigned.
