Job summary

Winebow is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will operate RF devices, read labels, pick and move goods, and participate in cycle counts while maintaining safety standards.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire; willingness to work extended hours as needed is required. This role is on-site in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification within 6 months of hire preferred.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound containers and label products.
• Use WMS with handheld RF to receive and move stock.
• Place products into inventory locations and follow RF/voice-pick instructions.
• Participate in cycle counts and ensure safety/housekeeping.
• Meet productivity and quality standards and report hazards.
