Job summary

You will operate a forklift to pick orders, load and unload materials from trailers, and conduct daily lift equipment inspections. Proficiency with RF scanning, JDE, and packing procedures is preferred, along with strict safety and PPE adherence.

Qualifications

• 6 months of warehouse or material handler experience.
• Basic keypad/keyboard skills.
• RF technology experience in barcode environments is helpful.
• 1 year multitasking in time-constrained environments.
• Basic arithmetic with whole numbers and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine warehousing tasks including shipping, receiving, will-call, inventory control, and material handling.
• Operates forklift to pick orders or receive in stock; completes daily lift equipment inspections.
• Loads/unloads material from trailers; picks by RF or paper ticket by bin location/part number/description.
• Uses JDE for shipping/receiving inquiries.
• Packs materials, confirms correct items, and ensures proper packing.
• Operates shrink wrap and pneumatic bander for packaging as needed.
• Follows SOPs and safety PPE requirements; provides customer service.
• Performs additional tasks as directed by leadership.
