Job summary

The Cigna Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Whitestown, IN. This 100% onsite role focuses on accurate receiving, inventory control and safe operation of pallet jacks, carts, and cutters.

You will use PDAs/computers to enter data and help maintain high quality and safety standards across warehouse and pharmacy workflows. A sign-on bonus up to 2500 USD is paid out over 12 months depending on shift, plus access to immediate pay options for earned wages.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong math, computer, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• English communication on the warehouse floor required.

Responsibilities

• Break down pallets, verify counts and accuracy against orders.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and rotate stock as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and cutters safely.
• Enter inventory data using PDAs and computers.
• Ensure proper lot and expiration separation when storing and delivering medications.

Location: 100% onsite – Whitestown, IN

Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy are held to the highest standard through the warehouse and forward stock locations. Will be assigned an area to ensure work is completed timely and accurately. Serves as a resource to supervisor and all team members. Supports productivity, quality, and safety efforts by accurately operating equipment, assisting in troubleshooting, and rectifying issues, training and mentoring team members. Work with a focus on quality and safety while fulfilling requests in a timely manner.

What You’ll do:

• Break down pallets, inspect incoming products to verify counts, quantity, and accuracy against purchase orders to receive them in.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipment issues as they occur.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in and outside of the warehouse.
• Complete inventory counts, rotate stock, and remove expired products as needed.
• Operate equipment and tools safely, including pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, and dollies, and cutters.
• Use PDAs and computers to accurately enter, track, and retrieve inventory data.
• Perform accurate data entry and inventory retrieval.
• Ensure proper separation by lot and expiration date information as you put away, store, and deliver medications throughout the pharmacy.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure appropriate workflow for assigned area to include filling movement requests from and between warehouse and other stock locations.
• Assist in all assigned work areas in Warehouse and Support areas.
• Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and correctly in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Basic math, computer, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate safely on the warehouse floor.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift, including bending, stooping, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and repetitive hand motions.
• Able to read and distinguish small print.
