Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear LLC in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You'll operate forklifts under safety guidelines, maintain daily productivity metrics, and support inventory control. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm, with opportunities to grow in a fast‑growing team that designs, decorates and delivers team gear.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly key production/productivity measurements.
• Complete forklift operator’s checklist before operating equipment and sign out on logs.
• Report damage, unsafe conditions, or any accident or injury to management.
• Cut open boxes in replenishment area flow racks.
• Report all bin and inventory issues to inventory control on proper forms.

Essential Duties

• Become OSHA certified on all equipment used in replenishment
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly key production/productivity measurements
• Complete daily forklift operator’s checklist before operating equipment, sign out forklift equipment on log out sheet and change batteries in forklift equipment as needed.
• Report any damage or needed repairs, any unsafe conditions or any accident or injury to a member of management
• Cut all boxes open in replenishment area’s 30-40-50, these are flow rack area’s.
• Report all bin and inventory issues to inventory control on proper form

Physical Demands

• Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
