Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear, the fast-growing parent company behind Gear for Sports and Knights Apparel, invites you to join a warehouse team in Pharr, Texas. The role focuses on accurately pulling customer orders and sourcing replacements, maintaining pace and quality to meet efficiency standards.

Workdays are Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with physical tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Experience in warehouse or pick-to-light systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and replacements accurately using pick-to-light.
• Process high volume of orders with minimal supervision.
• Verify SKU counts and assemble orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by accurate order fulfillment.

Essential Duties

• Have a complete knowledge of pulling in pick to light. Accurately count garments, verify SKU, add totes to orders, split totes, short totes, etc.
• Process high volume of work with little if any assistance and maintain quality and quantity of work processed
• Accurately pull orders and replacements
• Maintain a safe and clean environment—discard all empty boxes/trash
• Verify work integrity and customer satisfaction by accurately pulling orders by count and SKU

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required
• Experience preferred, not required
• Attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Physical Demands

• Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop or kneel.

Work Environment

• Works near mechanical parts
• Noise level in working area is moderate
