Job summary

Charlie's Produce in Phoenix, AZ is seeking hard-working warehouse workers to join our growing operation. You will help maintain stock, receive shipments accurately, and prepare orders for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse/picking experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to work in frozen (-10 F) and refrigerated (36 F) environments.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must have intermediate English skills (reading/writing/speaking).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight time lines.

Additional Compensation Details

• $19.00 per hour Dependent on Experience


• Potential 90-day performance-based raise


• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Schedule

6:00am to 4:00pm, with rotating days off (Overtime as needed is required)

The Role
