Job summary

Ball Equipment's FixMyToys division in Romeo, MI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, putaway, and order picking in a fast-paced eCommerce warehouse. You will ensure accurate counts, safe handling, and timely movement of inventory through receiving, storage, and shipping stages.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and reliable teamwork. You will operate forklifts/pallet jacks and participate in ongoing training to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to verify product numbers, quantities, and labels with accuracy.
• Basic math to count items and verify quantities.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and warehouse procedures.
• Effective communication to report discrepancies and safety concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming vendor products and quantities against receiving information and report discrepancies.
• Place inventory in designated storage locations and support put-away operations.
• Pick products for customer orders and deliver to shipping stage.
• Perform cycle counts and location checks; document findings accurately.
• Move between receiving, picking, and putaway as priorities change.
