Job summary

Ball Equipment, the Michigan-based parent of FixMyToys, seeks a RPPC Supervisor for the Romeo warehouse. You will lead receiving, putaway, and picking, manage cycle counts, storage locations, and inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Shipping and Returns to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

You’ll supervise daily tasks, handle discrepancies, train associates, and operate forklifts when needed. Reports to the General Manager - Warehouse; competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Lead Receiving, Putaway, and Pick, including cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Train associates and provide daily direction and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work across picking, receiving, putaway, and inventory tasks.
• Verify incoming products and quantities, ensure correct storage locations, and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain picking accuracy and timely delivery to staging; organize cycle counts and coordinate corrections with the Controller.
