Job summary

SRS Building Products in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials. You will load/unload orders, maintain inventory, and operate forklifts while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have forklift certification, experience in high-volume distribution, and proficiency with inventory software and Excel. Spanish language skills and OSHA knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Operator certification.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Conducted safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and math for inventory counts.
• Effective time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, ensuring materials are logged and stored per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with correct documentation and delivery schedules.
• Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and yard; uphold safety and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials, rotating stock, and reporting discrepancies or damage.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster a cooperative, 'team-first' culture.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
